CNA and nurses are so so, some are professional and have a good attitude, others are bitter and lack professionalism. The therapy and social work teams are disappointing and lacking communication skills. Food is good and their activities employees are great. The place looks nice and is fairly clean. They also don't return calls most of the time or if they do are very delayed. It was completely normal to call this establishment several times throughout the day and not get anyone to answer, very concerning for the family trying to find out how a patient is. The staff is overworked and are very open to discussing this. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at Notting Hill. Then when I tried to discharge the following the day, nothing was ready as the social worker promised and a CNA had to prepare the discharge paperwork in a very rushed and disorganized fashion. She said that I needed to come pick my mom up immediately or we would be charged $475 (just for that day). Their social worker called me at 7pm on a Friday when we received late word from the Medicare appeal company that we lost the appeal.
The therapists and social workers pushed to discharge my mom before she was ready after their poor attempt at rehabilitating her which is why we had to get involved. Her therapy was very lackluster until my wife and I got involved with daily visits. My mom was there for three weeks post surgery. I am a friend or relative of a current/past residentīryan H I do not recommend Notting Hill. This place needs to be reviewed by the State.

Compliance and Concern my family experienced the lack of integrity, professionalism employees did not enhere to code of conduct or ethics. I was also doin daily wash ups and changing of clothes myself. Now there other issues I have not mentioned. The last straw was when I was notified that she had fallen out the chair onto the floor. I asked for a different chair(3) ) times due to her womb and not being able to sit up straight on her own. She was left in the bed one day from 3pm until 8am the next day. She developed sores on her feel and heels and tailbone womb was worse not turning her.
Little therapy was given alot of times in her room. The entire staff does not listen to concerns and don't communicate with each other. I experienced non professional attitudes from nurses, therapist. Now the agency people were more helpful than anything. They had more excuses than a little bit, from short staffed to agency people. And I really appreciated them and told them. Only a few of the employees were really there to do their jobs. My family experienced such incompetence and laziness from the majority of the staff. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT, If you love your love ones send them to this facility.
